The last spring session of Tuesday night fitness will be one last BODYSHRED class before summer.  Let's get strong!  

BODYSHRED by Jillian Michaels - 
This class follows a 3-2-1 model.  3 minutes of strength, then 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs.  This set is repeated 4 times and you're done!  This methodology keeps your body burning calories for almost 2 days after your 30 minute workout!  Can't beat that!

General Information
  • Please bring an exercise mat or towel and 3-8lb. hand weights if you have them
  • Please wear athletic clothing and sneakers, carry sneakers in if bad weather
