Gymnastics is a great activity to build strength, balance, and flexibility while having a blast! Coach Becky will guide participants through stretching and strength-building with a focus on proper technique. We are excited to announce additions to our Gymnastics Classes!

Morning gymnastics classes are being offered for the little ones in the house.
Preschool Aged Classes:
Flip With Me is designed for kiddos aged 2-4 years old and a parent/guardian to help practice the skills in the class. These 30 minute classes are a great opportunity to build gross motor skills, balance, and body awareness while having fun!
Kindernastics is designed for kids 3-5 years old who are ready to attend a 30 minute class on their own. Kindernastics will help the young gymnasts improve gross motor skills, balance and body awareness through learning and practicing new skills.
School Aged Classes: Each class will spend time on tumbling and either the balance beam or bar, 45 minutes per class.
Beginners- This class is for beginners, no previous experience or ability is required. Students will receive instruction on the proper body mechanics of a forward rolls, cartwheel, handstands and general body positions; tuck, pike, and split.
Advanced Beginners- PreReq's- Should be able to do a cartwheel, kick into a handstand, and perform a backwards roll. If new to the program, please contact Coach Becky to be sure you're enrolling in the correct group.
Cheer Tumbling- PreReq- must be able to do forward roll. This course is geared towards preparation for cheerleading. Course focuses on flexibility and strength, tumbling, and rolls.
